As the semester fades away...

Wow, my final papers are due in about a month. So my first sem at Duke is drawing to a close. Have had so many experiences, but no time to pen them down in my diary, let alone blog about them—I only hope that the lessons are not lost, merely buried in my head somewhere and summonable-up at the right moments.

Despite the slack semester I haven’t taken much advantage of that fact to do constructive stuff—such as explore Durham or visit Chapel Hill, or write music, poetry that is not homework, or…etc. Sad, I know.

Still haven’t found a proper church and fellowship to settle in. Still looking and my waking up late on some Sundays (thrice so far) make me skip church 3 times, hindering church-hopping efforts. Hopefully I’ll find one by summer.

So in sum: despite my resolve to hit the ground running at college, I’ve merely hit the ground at a brisk jog. Still, not too large a disappointment, and not too large a loss. I’ll do better next sem. Just watch, David’s just warming up =)
