Arts Fest + movies = 42. Er, I mean, broke.
It's that time of the year again. When I go broke (or at least, it certainly feels like it).
Yes, ArtsFest is here. Yeargh! Must. Control. Spending. But feel free to recommend anything if you happen to like one of the ArtsFest events.
In addition, the annual VJ and ACJ choir concerts coming up, which I have to date never missed. But they cost a bloody lot ($20 and $16 respectively, for the cheapest seats. Ouchie!)
Verdammen! Why can't we live without the arts? Sigh. =p
To compound the problem, two must-watch movies are coming out soon--namely Star Wars III (probably won't live up to its hype but the eeevil LucasArts franchise has me, I must watchs ittt! My prec- er, oops, wrong movie.) The second must-watch movie is, of course, the Hithchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (HHGttG), which is coming out "any decade now"--but finally really coming in June! Woot!
Have arranged with church friends to catch SW 3, but no plans yet for HHGttG. Anyone?
