Ahh, Pratchett is good! Very good! Polished off the second Pratchett book (Feet of Clay for the curious) in 4 hours. Side-splittingly funny, but Prachett always (somehow) manages to inject serious issues like free will, life & justice into the jokes. Such that after laughing my guts out, I’d actually think about it for a bit. That’s the kind of writing I need to aim for. Brilliant.
And now as penace for Pratchett-bingeing, will slog through Regneration Trilogy. And if am still contrite will maybe look up Solitare Mystery (always wanted to find it after finishing Sophie's World)
